UPDATE ON LOW PRESSURE & WATER OUTAGE – BLANCO

The Eskom Potable Water Storage Reservoir continues to experience low water supply levels due to loadshedding.

Pumps were fixed on 24 November however loadshedding has not allowed levels to build up and to support the area. This results in low pressure with some areas having no water.

Municipal teams have confirmed that Maitland Street, Mount View Estate, Mont Fleur Estate, Golden Valley Drive and Kerriwood Hills Estate have water

Residents of Blanco and surrounding areas are urged to continue using water sparingly to allow the reservoir to build up reserves.
