UNEXPECTED POWER OUTAGE DUE TO LIGHTNING IN PART OF GEORGE

The Protea substation tripped due to lightning. Electricians were dispatched to assess the situation. Affected areas include Pacaltsdorp, Hansmoeskraal, parts of Thembalethu and Heroldsbay.
