Skills transfer workshops for unemployed youth
SKILLS TRANSFER WORKSHOPS – BEADING, SEWING, DECOUPAGE & OTHER CRAFTS FOR UNEMPLOYED YOUTH
The Youth Development Department at George Municipality together with its partnership, will be hosting a skills transfer workshop for unemployed youth between 18-35 years old. Crafting skills, which include beading, sewing, knitting, decoupage and other skills will be transferred by established crafters. Basic Entrepreneurship training and stimulation in this field will also take place.
If you are interested please submit a short motivation letter (not more than 100 words), specifying why you should form part of this programme, include your Full Name, Contact Number and Address in your letter.
Applications can be submitted by hand to: Community Development Department, Cnr of St. John’s & Varing Street.

Closing Date: 30 September 2022 at 12h00.
The sessions will be hosted in Pacaltsdorp,
Lawaaikamp and Thembalethu.
