PUBLIC NOTICE: CIVIC CENTRE – Repair work to wooden floors

George Municipality would like to advise the public that repair work on the Civic Centre is due to start today, 9 April 2024 and will continue until 5 May 2024. The site will be cordoned off as per Occupational Health and Safety Requirements.

All efforts will be undertaken to contain dust and noise pollution from the sanding, with disruptive work taking place over weekends and after hours.

Members of the public accessing the Municipal Court are requested to access the building with care. The municipality apologizes in advance and requests your patience during the upgrade.
