COMPLETION OF SUBSIDY APPLICATION FORMS FOR ERF 325 HOUSING PROJECTS
The Directorate Human Settlements is currently in the process of completing subsidy applications with beneficiaries identified for the Erf 325, Pacaltsdorp Housing Project.
Persons who have received a letter from the Municipality requesting them to complete a subsidy application for the Erf 325 Housing Project should urgently visit the New Housing Department at the corner of St Johns and Varing Street or visit the specific community hall on the date and time as indicated in the letter to finalise their subsidy application.
If the beneficiary does not understand the content of the letter, it is requested that the beneficiary not ignore the letter but urgently visit the New Housing Department where clarity will be given on the process and the required documentation.
It is furthermore requested that persons who registered their names on the Housing Demand Database (waiting list) from 1994 to 2003, and whose personal details and addresses have changed, urgently contact the New Housing Department.

Die Direktoraat Menslike Nedersettings is tans besig met die voltooing van subsidie aansoeke met begunstigdes wat geidentifiseer is vir die Erf 325 Behuisingsprojek.
Persone wat ‘n brief van die Munisipaliteit ontvang het waarin hulle versoek word om ‘n subsidie aansoek vir die Erf 325 Behuisingsprojek te kom voltooi, moet dringend die Departement: Nuwe Behuising op die hoek van St Johns en Varing straat besoek of na die spesifieke gemeenskapsaal toe gaan op die datum en tyd soos in die brief aangedui om hul subsidie aansoek af te handel.
Indien die begunstigde nie die inhoud van die brief verstaan nie, word daar versoek dat hy/sy nie die brief ignoreer nie, maar dringend die Nuwe Behuisingsafdeling besoek waar die proses en die nodige dokumentasie verduidelik sal word.
Verder word daar versoek dat persone wat hul name vanaf 1994 tot 2003 op die Behuisingsaanvraagdatabasis (waglys) geregistreer het en wie se persoonlike besonderhede en adresse intussen verander het, dringend kontak maak met die Departement Nuwe Behuising.
