Public Sector Ethics Survey 2024

The Public Sector Ethics Survey will be live from 3 to 30 September 2024. Now extended until 15 October 2024.

The survey is conducted by The Ethics Institute, in partnership with the DPSA, DCoG and SALGA in all three spheres of government. This is the fourth iteration, and it has previously been conducted in 2015, 2018, 2021/22.

The survey tracks ethical behaviour and ethical culture, as well as the institutionalisation of ethics initiatives.

It has become a useful tool to assess focus areas for the improvement of ethics management in the public sector.

We urge all public servants to participate in the survey by clicking on the following link (or pasting it in your browser):

The more people who participate, the clearer the picture of ethics in the public sector becomes.

Responses are completely anonymous, and all statistical analysis is done independently by The Ethics Institute.
