PUBLIC NOTICE: Early Closure of MVR, DLTC and VTS offices

Please be advised that Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) Hibernia, MVR Blanco, Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC) in Pacaltsdorp, and Vehicle Testing Station (VTS) will be closed from 2 pm on Wednesday, 12 June 2024.

All services will resume as normal on Thursday,13 June 2024.
